 Having worked with Salem as much as I have, my guess would be that
 would depend on various things ( rent ) that can't even be speculated
 on here.
 Salem has several multi-plexed sites, and no particular aversion to the 
 idea, but it would be wise to approach them before any rebuild ( if any )
 is designed and set in stone.
