Now *there's* an interesting possibility...develop the solution, then file
for a patent on the *solution*.  You couldn't patent IBUZ, since Ibiquity could
claim "prior art", but the fix (and of course, IANAL) could be...

Then, Ibiquity's non-patented trade secret couldn't be used without someone
else's patent-protected fix...  Now, THAT could be amusing to watch...
