Well, this one puzzles me. I'm not a programmer or PD and never have been.
I've always been in the technical
part of this business, but it would seem to me that having an accurate
picture of what the purchasers are hearing
would be quite useful.

Maybe that's not quite what you are speaking to here, can you elaborate a
bit?
