Couldn't be further from the truth. They are a sales organization - the end
goal is to sell you an iTunes download. They certainly could do spot
verification, but they don't.

And the data isn't fingerprinted by them - it's the same BDS and Mediabase
stream that anyone can license and capture over the air.
