By that time, the client will have IBOC in his car and won't hear
the hiss/buzz. This is simply part of Ibquity's plot for selling
"HD" radios. Get a "new" radio, a "modern" HD radio, and behold,
the buzz is gone. The analog buzz is a system sales feature. <g>
