Yes, the exact current varies with power, slant line location, slant line angle, relative sizes of slant line and tower for RF, and height of the tower.
But remember...at the base the impedance to ground, tied to ground, is theoretically 0.000 ohms for a perfect installation, and there is still RF power there, at the forced current loop/voltage minima. So the currents will be high in any practical installation.
