[BC] School Announcements on The Radio

to clarify i meant what % of students get that kind of info from radio or TV
anymore, i know stations still do it, and i'm sure lots of parents like to
hear it that way, but the 'right here, right now' generation dosnt have time
to waste watching that ticker scroll across the screen :)
