WBIX won't be blamed because they'll just be part of the mush in the center 
of the dial.  After all, in the above scenario they're hemmed in by the two 
other stations.  There will be complaints.  But they won't necessarily be 
directed at iBIX.

Mutually assured destruction?  Perhaps for the AM band.
