[BC] Documented harmful interference

I'm wondering if it's possible to get copies of any complaints about IBOC
interference from the FCC? I've tried looking in the web sites but nothing
there. I wonder since they are only operating on interim rules they are not
accepting any complaints? Or are the complaints waiting for final
rulemaking to see if they will be acted upon. I'm wondering if I sent a
FOIA (freedom of info act request) to them whether I would get any
information.

I cant believe that there havent been any official complaints filed.

Anyone have any information?

Dana, why haven't they sued? Seriously. I think they may have a case. Time
to
speak to Counsel.
