[BC] DX Reception

I guess my response is no it isnt.  How many of those stations where 
coming in to the level of acceptance to "Larry Lunchbox"?  Most 
people tune into their local stations (unlike a few broadcasters and 
DXers like myself).  People tend not to tune into the stations that 
are far away.  Therefore in order to provide that content to those 
people, quite a few stations will carry like programming.
