[BC] Power Glitch on Mt. Wilson

I would of thought the only thing that would take the site off the air would
be the Tower falling or a Dramatic Fire in the building. In either case
they would simply switch to an alternate site.
To me being off the air in LA simply is not an option for any reason
particularly if you are a Network station like KABC-TV..
