[BC] Power Glitch on Mt. Wilson

Interesting that they don't have a back up generator there.  Considering the
size of the market, I kinda figured they would have double and/or triple
redundancy for things like this.

Oh, thank goodness it wasn't quality programming like Jerry Springer that
wasn't blacked out.
