 I'm not proposing a detailed solution that is currently applicable
 into the present scheme.
 I'm merely suggesting that we need to separate a few things, and
 not yet condemn the baby just because the bathwater is tending
 to obscure a clear view of that which is really important.

 Some are proposing a clear and irrefutable answer.
 I merely suggest that the answer is not worth a whole lot
 until the right question is asked !
