         Paul,

         You may have heard the old phrase: Most people
         want things quick, good, and cheap.

         You usually end up getting two out of the three.

         If the program is important, maybe someone
         will "underwrite" it so a decent (used) codec
         can be had.  Or, stretch and get a new
         Tieline or Comrex or Telos.

         The other alternative is to use file transfer
         and just run the show somewhat delayed
         (maybe by an hour?).... and you can use
         the Internet connections that are likely
         already in place (unless they are on dialup).
