  There ought to be some "Comrex" I think it was multiband POTS systems out there...maybe for a song, as they are kinda obsolete.
   
  I know the Sunbrook/Fisher stations in Billings, MT used to use one for a live show sent to many stations via regular dial phone lines, that originated in their studios.
   
  Might be able to find some used and cheap.  Good luck.
   
  Not cheap, but I set up some high quality long haul using dedicated 64K lines and a codec setup.  Price might be down a lot now.
   
  How about a dedicated and EQ'd "broadcast loop"  Permanently installed.  Again, ought to be a lot of old equipment from older stations that have put in STLs.
