Well, ISTM that he is in panic mode because our income for the past year was considerably lower than normal.  He thinks it's because of the music.  I say it is because the income for all not-for-profits was poor last year because donations were siphoned off by giving to victims of the tsunami, Gulf hurricanes, Pakistan earthquake, etc.  Our local American Red Cross chapeter would have closed its doors if a guy hadn't given them $340K at the last minute.  Things are tough all over.

And, even if he invents a format that is the hottest thing since Gordon McClendon invented Top-40?  Who's to know unless there is outside promotion -- billboards, etc.?  

It looks like we have four scenarios:

A.  I quit out of sheer frustration

B.  I get fired because I won't play "The Old Rugged Cross" right after Audio Adrenaline

C.  Listenership and thus donor support drops off to where there is not enough to keep going

D.  He decides that what he wants to do won't work.

And, at this point, that is highly doubtful.
