There is some concern over this. A certain celebrity whose 'wardrobe
malfunction' during a major sports event is rumored to have filed for a
patent for water cooled TV. "Some programs are too hot" said the songstress
in her patent application. "It's not enough for the [Federal
Communications] Commission to regulate the airwaves."
