Well, if you can get that far (and I found out they used that band just be  
using Google) you could probably find the exact part of the band with a  
spectrum analyzer and an LNA or even LNB. Just waive it around when you  
hear the interference.  Although I wouldn't count on them staying in that  
band (or having a clean signal). Even with an AWACs filter hanging on our  
LNB I can still hear them go over on ocasion. (And not just AWACS, fighter  
planes use a similar band--they sent a pair of F-18's to escort an Air  
France plane into Cincinnati a year ago or so--know the flight path--been  
on that flight--it's right over our site.
