AMEN TOM!!! BRAVO! You get the respect you EARN. Not once have I been
disrespected. Why? I COMMUNICATE. I SET expectations. I OFFER SOLUTIONS.
I have the complete trust of these people to make good decisions because I
have proven myself. When I have an issue with someone I deal with it. This
is not an arrogant statement, I have put in too many hours to be anything
but humble.
The PDs I work with are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with.
We bend over backwards for each other to make great radio. Our expectations
are high, and they should be. But we know that we can depend on each other
as well.
