	Dano, I completely respect your right to rant.

	But... I've been in this business for 30 years now, worked for four 
different operations, and I have never been a scapegoat for any 
programmer, nor have I ever seen that in my market. Ever.
	I'm a professional. If there ever is a squirmish with programming, I 
make my point of view known, in writing, and step back. I have always 
been treated with respect by programming and management. And thats with 
four different operations.
