Anyone ever run into this one....

Whe I try to add a theme to Firefox 1.5 it generates a popup on the bottom of the toolbar that
says"Software Installation is currently disabled. Click "Edit Options" to enable it and try again."
 

Then I click the "edit options" button on the popup, and it takes me to the Firefox Options screen.
Nowhere in this screen can I find anything that will allow me to enable installation that will do
the trick. Anyoen know where the option in question is???
