[BC] Junk Fax comments due 1/19/06

Just like gummint to try to preserve Junk Faxes. What are they, an
endangered species? Will we have to keep them in the Public File for two
years? Are there so many junk fases that the gummint has decided to
force recycling to save all the wasted paper so another tree may still
stand? And what about the toner cartridges, willl they be next for
preservation. I can see all the Brother and Panasonic fax machines
getting Historic designations so we won't be able to throw them out when
they're broken. What's next, SPAM preservation, keep all your male
enhancement emails, they may be of cultural significance, someday.
