I've seen firings over this.

I had a salesrep go out and get plastered one day and then, while driving a
station vehicle with the logo all over it, proceeded to run a little old
lady off the road.  Later I found out this same salesrep would drive the
same station vehicle to the bad part of town in order to buy drugs.  Talk
about community outreach!  Needless to say, she was fired.
