Is this going to be like the satellite "portables" that record a 
number of hours for listening indoors where the signals aren't 
available? I spent a lot of years in New York and rarely ever found a 
station with a decent cell signal. Even the ones just below street 
level. Some are as many as 9 stories below street level. He must be 
riding a different subway line than I did.
