I can't imagine additional towers in Catalina. My last visit there 
was to the Catalina Jazz Festival at the Avalon Ballroom. I was the 
only person on the high speed ferry who didn't get sick and we had an 
earthquake while I was there. To avoid the visions of upset stomachs 
I took a helicopter back to San Pedro.

It would almost be like trying to build towers on Nantucket Island in 
MA. Though it has been done. Fairly recently, too.
