[BC] KFI Tower replacement ?

It's certainly true that tower had really become hemmed-in by
development. In fact I've never seen buildings built so close to a AM
tower. They must have been built right over the ground system! What did
they do about the radials?- do they run under the buildings? I can only
imagine how high the RF field must be is in those buildings- you can
probably hear the plumbing talking! At this point it would seem more
logical to rebuild the tower in a less populous area.
