[BC] Studio design engineers

Hey folks,
   Can I get some recommendations for studio design engineers that can 
design studio furniture?  The campus in their infinite wisdom has 
decided that our furniture purchase must be bid and we must own the 
rights to the drawings first.  So instead of spending $42K for 4 rooms 
we have to spend $42K for 4 rooms plus the cost to have them designed. 
On top of that depending on the price we may have to bid out the design 
work as well  LOL
I just love these rules.
