  Many years ago, on the old radios, the dials had the words, "Standard
Broadcast" on them, then you had "Shortwave". I think that is what his
point is. To the public at that time, that was the only 2 bands we had.

our fine AM stations are 'STANDARD'?

I mean, think about the fellows on this list who keep up those medium
wave
stations, can you think that any of them are 'STANDARD'?
