[BC] RCA History earliest transmitter- Sintronics

Speaking of Visual, we bought one of their 10W transmitters to replace the
2W GE Phasitron transmitter at KCPR in the early 1970s. It spent a lot of
time going back and forth to the factory because the AFC would lose lock.
