Sintronics  bought the Visual AM-FM line.   Allan J. Singer  of Singer Sewing 
machine family formed the company.  They also owner  several high Tech 
divisions such a Gertsch.   
 
After several years they sold the AM& FM product lines and parts stock  to 
CCA 2  in Atlanta, GA
