KTTV in LA has an NEC, though I don't think it's in operation any longer.
I saw one other NEC in the last few months, but I'll be darned if I can
remember where it was now.

Wasn't it NEC that had the manual warning that if contact is made with the
high-voltage supply inside, "the soul of the engineer will ascend to
heaven"? Nothing like a poet writing (or translating) warning labels...
