It depends on how the cable people cook the numbers. If you look at 
the "Prime Time Race" ratings summary in Broadcasting and Cable, 
you'll often see Sponge Bob as one of the top 10 cable shows. Problem 
is, it's on at 9:30 in the morning, and that's not prime time as we 
understand it.  The cable industry puts enough spin on the ratings to 
make any Washington lobbyist proud.
