[BC] "Breaking News" Interruptions

That was the Yassir Arafat situation I referred to previously. I can
understand being gun shy. What that makes it is management's failure to
establish clear guidelines, and then back the people who make the calls.
I'm sorry, folks, but you still can't convince me that a rerun of
"Stupid Pet Tricks" was more justified at that point than the death of a
President.
