just did a little Google on WCRY...that was one of the old
Bishop Willis stations that surrendered its license as part of
2004 consent decree with the FCC that the Willis signed.

Doubtful, but just wondering if he still owns the physical
property...??

Good ideas here folks. As was mentioned, just trying to do the right
thing. I dont think I could deal with it if someone got hurt, or an
unlit tower got hit. Heck if I knew about the issues and didnt
anything wouldnt that still make me liable? (I LOOOVE lawyers sooo much
NOT)

The station is the old WCRY 1460 in Fuquay-Varina, NC. I have tried
calling a couple of companies but with no success. I think I am
going to try the local town records to see who owns the property.

Merry Chirstmas all!

The biggest thing - and I posted to the original poster
off list and got no reply - is find out who the owner
is and drop them a call. If you don't know, ask
someone. Lets try to help each other!

If I knew where it was, I would find the owner and
let them know.
