[BC] Dark station.... Violations.. who is responsible

One has to hope that this is just a nasty slap by the insurance 
company at the business. This sort of idiocy should be overthrown on 
appeal.  They probably just didn't want to pay for it.  I hope they 
are not my insurance agent.
