[BC] Dark station.... Violations.. who is responsible

The biggest thing - and I posted to the original poster
off list and got no reply - is find out who the owner
is and drop them a call.  If you don't know, ask
someone.  Lets try to help each other!

If I knew where it was, I would find the owner and
let them know.
