Unless you have a vested interest in the site, leave the site alone.  The
second you do something to the site, your personal liability
soars...skyrockets.
Run as fast as you can from the site and stay as far from there as
possible.  It's not your place to do anything but call the local governing
agency to alert them to hazardous conditions.  Maybe the FAA if there is a
tower ID number.
But don't set foot on the property.

Mikes post, above, is, I think, the best advice of all.  Scratch where I
previously stated (less than an hour ago) that I would sneak in and lock the
gates.  It would be my luck I'd get busted for trespassing or step on a
badger trap.
