I know.  I have upgraded AVG 7.1 to 7.5 in a quantity of our other machines that have the same complement of programs without any problem.  

Later, I even re-formatted the drive again and tried installing the programs in a several different orders to no avail.  

That is why I said - Enough Was Enough - and went ahead and sent them out.

After my recent experience with AVG 7.5 not detecting the email virus in the infected machine - that was Double Enough!

Time for something else......

I've upgraded 4 units on my home network and had no problems with 7.5

units are IBM 300 PL's (yeah, I know, they are 'old tech' but they're built
like a tank) running W2K Pro with all updatesand fixes
