[BC] Dark station.... Violations.. who is responsible

I recommend against entering the site. Although you
may be well intentioned, any person suffering an
injury at that site could place responsibility and liability
on you. As the station is dark there is no danger from
RF, only danger from those who may elect to climb the
tower.

FCC fencing requirements apply to AM stations. The
insurer of the tower owners who do not take reasonable
care to secure their towers may not take a bright view of
that practice.
