[BC] Dark station.... Violations.. who is responsible

FCC does nothing to them, but they will aggravate the AM broadcast stations.

If they didn't have anything to do, I could show them at least 75 towers
with no fence around them and have some sort of two way RF coming from them!

But unlike AM towers, they are not "hot."
