[BC] Station security

There are no businesses nearby, it's all residential. The property
across the street has been sold and there will be apartments (Section 8)
built on it. Once again, you have to see the surroundings to understand.
In addition, none of the residence around me can afford to hire a
security company.
I have had several conversations with the Gallatin Police Dept. on this,
but they are too busy on Nashville Pike and Main Street trying to catch
speeders to meet the monthly quota for money, to supplement somebody's
raise! They could careless about the druggies, drunks (DUI offenders),
prostitutes, etc. Busting them makes them no money and cost the county
money to keep them up in the county jail.

Scott ...
Perhaps the question is: why not get with your
neighboring businesses and hire some security?
Perhaps this is just a "normal business expense"
in the new millienium?
