FCC has already said that crowd noise is programming and will include such 
when it considers indecency issues brought forward. That is is the reason 
we no loner do "live" remotes.  We record everything now.  Even "live" 
remotes.  The cost to appeal/litigate one F bomb greatly exceeds the cost 
of the computer, 3 delay boxes, and the labor of skilled board-op for a 
year. Two years if the fine sticks...
