Dangerous. It appears any use of naughty words, even from a fan in 
the crowd, is fodder for a fine. I actually had someone suggest that 
crowd noise at a game wasn't important and there was no need to have 
anything more than announcers. I can't imagine a game without a 
crowd. It's even better when it's done in stereo. As usual, the 
indecency rules are vague.
