I did a DA retune and partial proof some years ago. Passed
FCC OK, station got a modified license. About 6 months
later the owner/GM called me and demanded a 'warranty' repair.
One of the monitor points was near an old dairy. The dairy
demolished a silo on its property and the MP went about 5%
out of tolerance. He wanted another proof on that radial, at
my expense. This was my fault? He accused me of fabricating
some of the readings.

He was convinced otherwise when I sent him photocopies of
the handwritten pages of field readings his engineer FAXed
me. Along with the FAX headers showing date and time sent.
I should have let him bring forth his accusations so I could own
that station after I sued him...
