[BC] ABC Starguide Questions & Issues

I sent an email to Richard Findlay, 
Network Manager, Technical Services
at ABC in New York. I posed many
questions regarding Starguide, AMC-8,
and other related issues. He was aware
of some of the posts on the list and promises
a response next week. I will advise what
answers he has to my questions.

I thought it was a more direct approach to
inquire at the source than speculate without
foundation.
