ABC can control the power output on their transponder individually, 
or have GE control it for them. They lowered it on or about 04-Dec, 
and the Eb/No on both of my ABC Starguides dropped from 14.1 to 9.2. 
My Premiere, WW1 and Jones EB/No figures remained unchanged.

dated 29-Nov-2006.
