Maybe they are using El-Cheapo Systems automation, but "coffee-pot outputs"
have been available on autiomation systems for at least 30 years.  They can
play the signoff announcement ant dump the carrier.  Oh, the studio and
transmitter are not co-located?  A Burk ARC-16 with the studio box would
handle that quite nicely.
