[BC] AM Daytimers Leaving The Carrier On

ISTM that leaving an unmodulated carrier on all night would not be such a
big deal if the station is licensed for 24-hour operation, aside from the
hourly ID requirement. And the increased power bill. For a daytimer to do
that, is a horse of another color, as the old saying goes.
