[AF] WiFi is getting dangerous

So far the FCC has been on the States Attorneys witness list every 
time. The FCC has been very active in supporting the Florida law, and 
normally does the bulk of the field investigation with the Assistance 
of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. So no the violators are 
not likely to receive much assistance from the FCC, in fact I think 
the FCC might even send them a NAL after they get arrested.
