[AF] WiFi is getting dangerous

Also if anyone didn't notice there is no indication as to weather or not 
the coffee shop was even aware of the complaint/arrest. I would think 
that the coffee shop would have had to bring the complaint, but 
indications are that the Police Chief brought the complaint on his own. 
 From that I'm guessing (this is purely speculation) that the police 
noticed the car sitting there at a time when the shop was closed and 
this agitated them so they had to find something to charge him with to 
get him to go away.

Since I work in public safety (on the fire/rescue side) I'm quite aware 
of police activities and procedures. The police always have in their 
arsenal what they (at least the ones in my area) refer to as "POP 
charges", (Pi**ing Off the Police). What this means if you aggravate 
them they have a charge they can and will arrest you for. I'm a thinking 
this computer one is a POP charge they had to do some research on to use.
